I have learned so much in my time with Rescue Pink! As someone who has volunteered with the organization for years, I had a strong passion for the work being done in India, but throughout my internship I have been able to learn about how much work goes on behind the scenes with relation to non-profit management! I helped plan and implement a special fundraising event that took place in August of 2018 and am working on preparing the materials we will take over to India in November 2018! I also have the great opportunity to travel with a team to India for the first time to see first hand all that we are doing!!
